Which Day Will You Choose? (5/13/1929)

This item is an application for a scholarship to the Berry Schools. The first page contains a calendar and check boxes inviting the student to commemorate a day on the calendar. There is also a section to fill out personal information underneath that and a quotation reading "A boy is better unborn than untaught," at the bottom. The second page is the envelope for the check and a picture of a mother and her children underneath the quotation "A mother is a mother still,/ The holiest thing alive." The first page is filled out but the second page's envelope is blank.
