Description
This letter is from R. Burkes who seems to be the secretary of Mrs. Nathan Straus who was out of town. Miss Berry was supposed to include a receipt along with a letter for some goods Mrs. Straus had ordered. However, the receipt was not included and R. Burkes sent this letter so that he could have the receipt and a duplicate for his records. The second letter was sent in response to the first and had the receipt included with it.
