Letter to D. C. Jennings from Martha Berry informing him that she has received his letter concerning his advising her to exchange lots. She informs him that she will act according to his advice. However, she does notice that there will be $50 to her credit and informs him that she will send him the interest. She also hopes that he will be able to sell the lot. She also asks him to address his letters to her as personal so that she will get them even if she is not at the schools.
