Title
Letter to A. J. Welden from Martha Berry
Description
Martha Berry writes that she is anxious to get some good prices on apple trees and would like to have A. J. Welden quote them on the cost of 150 one-year-old Winter Terry apple trees and 75 one-year-old Yates apple trees.
H.J. Carlson sends Martha Berry some building plans to extend Clara Hall southward. Carlson says he has included photographs and perspectives of the plans. Carlson estimates the plan to cost $500,000 and $550,000 with furniture.
Martha Berry thanks Miss Hariet Pondoxtor for her request of thirty dozen beaten biscuits per week, but regrets to inform her that she cannot fulfill the request. She asks what price Miss Pondoxtor would be willing to pay for the biscuits should it be possible to fulfill the request in the future.
