Description
In this letter the Secretary of the Standing Committee on Junior Colleges, Geo. P. Butler explains that the Berry's school cannot be admitted to the Association of Junior Colleges in the year 1927. President McCain would first need to complete an inspection of the college before the application could be acted upon.
