In this letter E.H. Hoge on behalf of the Berry Schools is asking E.G. Liebold on behalf of Henry Ford if they have recieved the letter in reguard to the weight of the cooking utenstils.

The Berry Schools writes to the office of Henry Ford with a bill from the architects of the Thompson-Starrett Company. The school requests a check from Henry Ford for the amount of $103,513.02

The letter responds to Mr. Hoge's letter concerning the heavy weight of two pieces of kitchenware. Liebold shows his puzzlement over the reactions from the kitchen workers compared to those of Mr. Hoge.

In response to Mr. Campsall's letter about a flour shipment, Mr. Hoge informs him that the shipment was enough, but they will need the second shipment as soon as possible for term is starting soon. He asks that, if possible, the shipment be made through the Chattanooga & Central of Georgia Railway and asks him to work out a billing issue with the Southern Railroad Company.

In response to an inquiry about an incoming check, L. J. Thompson informs E. H. Hoge that the check was sent on August 28th and explains that this delay was caused by Mr Liebold's absence from the city.

E. H. Hoge informs Mr. Frank Campbell that the store on campus is for the use of students and workers, and most of the flour will be sold to workers there. All of the hard wheat and whole wheat flour will be used by the boarding departments of the school. He hopes that this answers Mr. Campbell's questions and thanks him again for the donation.

A letter from E. H. Hoge acknowledges a previous letter from the office of Henry Ford regarding an error of $1 in the statement from Brooks-Callaway company on a statement for payment of work on Berry's new water supply system. The $1 understatement would be added to the next statement for payment on the development of the water supply system.

Mr. Hoge writes to Mr. Liebold that the check for the water supply came and apologizes for not waiting another day, but funds were almost at rock bottom.

In this letter E.H Hoge tells Mr. LIebold that the check has not come for the last receipt that Berry sent. He asks if they could send it if it has not already been sent.

L. J. Thompson writes to E. H. Hoge answering his letter to Mr. Liebold sending a check as he requested. He also notes that there was an error of $1.00 and asks that the office check that and send him a corrected copy of the statement.

E G Liebold, General Secretary to Henry Ford, replies to Miss Martha Berry about a car she had requested. New improvements are forthcoming and Mr. Ford wishes to wait to incorporate these in the car.
